m2solutions EDV-Service GmbH, which is under insolvency administration, was taken over by Weiss IT Solutions GmbH on October 1, 2022. Weiss IT Solutions, part of the VALLEY IT GROUP, is further expanding its capacities with this acquisition.

After the acquisition of the PKN Group in the Berlin/Brandenburg area, the IT system house SEALNET strengthens the business of LMP PARTNERS in North Rhine-Westphalia. The synergies from the comprehensive onsite expertise of the field service engineers of the LMP PARTNERS members and the highly qualified remote specialists of SEALNET, complete the full service portfolio of the group in the region.
