m2solutions EDV-Service GmbH, which is under insolvency administration, was taken over by Weiss IT Solutions GmbH on October 1, 2022. Weiss IT Solutions, part of the VALLEY IT GROUP, is further expanding its capacities with this acquisition.
Weiss IT Solutions has its core business in the area of managed IT services and, with its now approximately 450 employees, has been serving not only medium-sized but also large companies for almost 30 years. These come specifically from the industrial, banking and insurance, retail and automotive sectors. In September, the company decided to take over the entire business operations of m2solutions EDV-Service GmbH and to do so on October 1, 2022.
Founded in 2000 and headquartered in Neustadt, Schleswig-Holstein, m2solutions EDV-Service is both a full-service system house for small and medium-sized companies and an IT service provider for globally active system houses. In addition to infrastructure solutions, the company offers services in the areas of hardware and software as well as IT security management and communication solutions. In addition, customers now receive nationwide and Europe-wide IT support from the entire m2solutions team as well as Weiss IT Solutions.
