The Modern Workplace specialist arksolutions GmbH as well as the IT system house SEALNET GmbH were also acquired in 2022. arksolutions has been focusing on solutions for the Modern Workplace and concepts for Microsoft-based system landscapes for more than 10 years as a Microsoft Gold Partner. SEALNET is active as an IT system house in various sectors from the left bank of the lower Rhine to the eastern Ruhr area. Further acquisitions on the part of VALLEY IT GROUP are planned for 2022 and 2023. “With this new structure, we are able to address mid-sized companies in addition to large companies, which we continue to support in partnership with our providers. We aim to grow in both customer segments in the future,” explains Alexander Friedl, Managing Director of VALLEY IT GROUP GmbH.
